The Yantai Submarine Cable Base, is Northern China’s largest submarine cable production base supporting offshore wind power and green energy infrastructure. With two intelligent workshops spanning approximately 62,000 m², the facility required a robust, energy-efficient ventilation solution to maintain indoor air quality and humidity control during cable production.
MENRED’s ventilation system supports the base’s low-carbon operational goals through demand-based ventilation and all-season heat-moisture recovery. The unit’s double-layer insulated panels and 25mm XPS foam prevent condensation in Yantai’s cold winters, while the three-phase fan enables stable airflow across expansive workshop areas. This installation highlights how high-performance energy recovery ventilators can enhance industrial HVAC efficiency and support green manufacturing initiatives.
