Characteristics: The residential complex utilizes 601 sets of thermostatic manifolds paired with precision actuators to ensure per-loop flow equilibrium, eliminating cold spots during Huaibei's harsh winters (avg. 0℃–5℃). WiFi heating thermostats enable room-level scheduling, reducing gas consumption through multi-zone heating control.

Positioned as a benchmark for cost-effective heating modernization in Central China, this 69,000㎡ residential complex (624 households, 2.2 FAR) achieved energy-saving apartment heating through the deployment of thermostatic manifolds and WiFi heating thermostats.

Located 1.2 kilometers from Xiangshan Park, the project combines efficient radiant heating efficiency with Huaibei's green transformation, thus aligning with China's "Dual Carbon" goals.
