The World First high-speed PE-Xa pipe line commissioning completed and ready for shipping to China in July.2013. MENRED and iBA GmbH( the sister company to iNOEX GmbH) signed a cooperation agreement about 5-layer PE-Xa pipe extrusion line in July 2012.

IBA is specialised in the extrusion field and offers consultancy, engineering and extrusion line technology for extrusion processes, particularly for the inline-cross-linking process of PE-Xa pipes. MENRED customized a 5-layer   oxygen barrier extrusion line to IBA, PEXLINK extrusion line for the production of inline cross-linked PEX-A pipes. After one years R&D and production, the final commissioning test of Extrusion automation line was successful.
