Situated on a 50,000 m² site with 94,000 m² of built area, Taizhou Huangyan Medical Center combines a 500-bed Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital (3A-grade) and a CDC building with 712 parking spaces. MENRED supplied leak-proof brass manifolds that eliminate maintenance concerns, smart thermostatic controllers for individualized room scheduling, and MElle PE-RT pipes engineered for Taizhou’s hot, humid summers and mild winters.
Each manifold’s precision flow-balancing ensures stable heat delivery, while the high-temperature PE-RT piping resists scale and maintains peak performance in a moisture-laden environment. Integrated with the facility’s building management system, smart actuators allow facility managers to remotely adjust temperatures by ward, ICU, or therapy suite—delivering “hospital underfloor heating” and “medical center radiant floor heating” that is both patient-centric and energy-saving.
